The DCP‑D020/030/040Z DC fast charger is designed for rapid, safe charging of electric passenger vehicles.Ideal for deployment in EV charging and swapping stations, public parking lots, residential areas, and large commercial shopping mall parking facilities, it delivers stable DC power to EV traction batteries.
This product fully complies with GB/T 20234.3 charging interface standards and is compatible with electric vehicles equipped with onboard BMS systems that meet the GB/T 27930 communication standard.
1 Summary
1.1 Model Description
DCP: Represents a DC fast charger; this series of chargers are integrated dual-gun DC chargers.
D020/030/040: Denotes the rated output power of the charger.
1.2 Product Overview
The DCP-D020/030/040Z series electric vehicle DC charger provides national standard compliant charging interfaces and secure, reliable charging services. It offers an excellent user experience, supports precise metering and billing, charging record storage, payment processing functions, and has a certain level of configurability for ease of debugging.
The product mainly consists of six functional units: AC distribution unit, power conversion unit, DC output unit, charging interface, charging control unit, and user terminal.
Operating Environment
Ambient Temperature: Normal operating temperature range -25℃ to +55℃, storage temperature -30℃ to +70℃;
Altitude ≤2000 m;
Relative Humidity: 5% to 95%, without condensation;
Installation Position: Vertical installation with a maximum tilt angle not exceeding 5°;
The use location should have facilities to protect against wind, sand, rain, and snow; no corrosive gases; and must be in an environment without explosive gases;
There should be no strong vibrations or shocks at the use location.

Integrates multiple intelligent modules: authentication, metering & billing, background communication, and EV communication.
2.2 Safety Protection Functions
Built-in emergency stop switch for immediate power cutoff in critical situations.
Real-time communication with the vehicle BMS to monitor traction battery status, providing reliable protection against overcharge, over-temperature, and reverse polarity.
Clear visual and text prompts to effectively prevent operator misoperation.
Interlock safety mechanism: charging starts only after a valid connection is confirmed. If an abnormal connection is detected, the charger stops charging, disconnects the DC output, and unlocks the electronic lock to ensure safe separation between vehicle and charger.
2.3 Metering & Billing Functions
Supports time-of-use billing with automatic internal calculation for fee settlement.
Provides flexible payment methods including charging cards and QR code scanning. Charging card functions are restricted to management and maintenance personnel for equipment operation and temporary startup.

Real-time communication with vehicle BMS to verify connection status and obtain charging parameters and real-time operation data.
Two-way communication with upper-level monitoring platforms to upload energy, billing, and IC card information, and support remote control and management.
