FAQ
Q1: What types of EV charger piles do you offer?
A: We provide a comprehensive range of charging solutions divided into two main categories:
-
AC Chargers: Primarily for home or long-term parking (e.g., 7kW), focusing on compact design and ease of use.
-
DC Fast Chargers: Ranging from 20kW to 600kW, designed for commercial hubs, fleet depots, and highway service stations where rapid charging is essential.
Q2: How do I choose between an AC and a DC charger pile?
A: The choice depends on your “dwell time” (how long the car stays parked):
-
Choose AC if the vehicle stays for 6+ hours (residential, overnight parking).
-
Choose DC if you need to provide a significant charge in 15–60 minutes (retail centers, gas stations, logistics fleets).
Q3: Are your charger piles compatible with international EV standards?
A: Yes. Our products are engineered to serve global markets. Depending on the model, we support:
-
CCS1 & CCS2 (Europe, North America, Oceania)
-
GB/T (China and specific export markets)
-
CHAdeMO (Japan and legacy global fleets)
-
Type 1 & Type 2 for AC charging.
Q4: Can these charger piles be customized with my own branding?
A: Absolutely. We offer extensive OEM/ODM services. You can customize the exterior color, add your company logo to the housing, and even personalize the User Interface (UI) on the LCD touchscreen to align with your brand identity.
Q5: What smart management features are available?
A: Most of our charger piles are “Smart Chargers,” featuring:
-
OCPP Compliance: Compatible with OCPP 1.6J or 2.0.1 for integration with third-party billing and management platforms.
-
Connectivity: Integrated 4G, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet modules.
-
Remote Control: Operators can monitor status, update software (OTA), and troubleshoot issues remotely.
Q6: What are the installation requirements?
A: * AC Chargers (7kW): Usually require a standard single-phase 220V connection.
-
DC Chargers (20kW–600kW): Require a three-phase 380V/400V/480V industrial power supply. We offer both wall-mounted units for space-saving and floor-standing piles for open parking environments.
Q7: How do users pay for charging?
A: Our piles support multiple authorization and payment methods:
-
RFID Cards: Ideal for private fleets or member-only access.
-
QR Code / App: For public users to scan and pay via mobile wallets.
-
Plug & Charge: Based on ISO 15118 (on supported models).
-
POS Terminals: Optional integration for direct credit card payments.
Q8: Are the charger piles safe for outdoor use in extreme weather?
A: Yes. Our units are built with high-quality materials and rated at IP54 or IP55 for dust and water resistance. They include multiple safety layers such as surge protection, leakage protection, over-temperature protection, and emergency stop buttons, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +55°C.
Q9: What kind of after-sales support do you provide?
A: We provide full technical documentation, installation guides, and remote technical support. For large-scale projects, we can offer specialized consulting to help optimize your charging network layout and power distribution.
